Moral Injury First Aid Kit: Preventing and Managing Moral Injury in the Third Sector

The pressure that comes with leadership in this era of uncertainty can result in third sector leaders experiencing moral injury, compassion fatigue and toxic stress. New challenges require new tools, and this webinar will provide participants with new approaches and insights to both prevent and manage moral injury. Focusing on practical tools and support frameworks, the webinar will offer participants ways to reduce the likelihood of moral injury in themselves and in their teams. In addition to expert input, webinar participants will have the opportunity to dialogue with colleagues as a part of the workshop.
