Moral Injury and the Third Sector

Wednesday, 3 June 2026 | 1pm – 2:30pm | Boardroom, CO3 Office

This in-person workshop will build on recent webinars that have shared the relevance of moral injury in the context of the Third Sector and have outlined approaches to managing moral injury individually and collectively. The workshop will be discussion-based, providing participants with an opportunity to dialogue with colleagues about moral injury in the Third Sector and how to manage it together.

This session will provide a supportive space for leaders and practitioners to reflect on the pressures facing the sector, share experiences with peers, and explore practical ways to strengthen resilience both personally and organisationally. As demands on services continue to grow across the sector, conversations around wellbeing, leadership and sustainability have never been more important.

The discussion will be facilitated by Sara Cook of Cook Consultancy, who brings extensive experience in leadership development, organisational wellbeing and supporting teams through challenge and change. Sara works with organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors, helping leaders create healthier workplace cultures and navigate complex people issues with compassion and clarity.
