Leadership in the third sector is moving through a period of unprecedented challenge and change. From reductions in funding, to staff mental health, to impacts from the cost-of-living crisis on service users, leaders are accountable for an ever-widening set of responsibilities with increasingly limited resources. When resources are scarce and the need is great, leaders can find themselves personally impacted when they are unable to deliver services to the extent that is needed by communities.  This webinar will introduce the concept of moral injury and explore its relevance to leaders within the third sector.  In addition to expert input, webinar participants will have the opportunity to dialogue with colleagues as a part of the workshop.
